Hotel Giada Rome Reviews
Convenient Location in Rome May 03, 2009
Located about two blocks from Termini Train Station and also very close to Santa Maria Maggiore and within easy reach of the city's main attractions, the Hotel Giada offers a convenient location from which to explore Rome.
Our room (for four people) was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom, while pretty small (you more or less had to climb over the bidet to get into the shower)also had everything we needed and was clean. The decoration is peculiar... purple walls, furniture trimmed in bright red... I found the staff in reception to be friendly and helpful. On the negative side, as far as value for your money goes, I would say that it was not such a good deal if I compare it with places I've stayed in other European cities. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. If you decide to book a room here, better to just get something for breakfast elsewhere. Beware, as well, that I've read a lot of really bad reviews about this place. Our room was ok, but may not be indicative of other rooms in the hotel. Part of the ROME REVISITED travel blog |

Finding the Hotel • “Hotel Giada” from the train station was also simple • it’s only about three blocks from the train station. A convenient location from which to center our Roman wanderings!
The hotel... well, let’s just say that it is much better than… Arrival and initial wanderings! |
