Hotel des Balances May 07, 2009
Situated on the waterfront in the Altstadt of Lucerne this wonderful hotel has the most remarkable view from its sea side windows and from the terrace of the hotel bar.
The room was very nice; I felt comfortable from the beginning. As soon as I entered the room I was welcomes by a wellness scent and the beauty of the wooden hardwood floor. The bed was large and really nice and soft. The room felt light and the huge mirror in the middle of the room made it even better. The bathroom was nice and the scent came from there and the hard wood floor there added to the class of the room. I had naturally not gotten a room with a lake view but I had a great view towards the old city centre and the square in front of the hotel.
