Hotel De Seze Paris Reviews
Jun 17, 2006
The Hotel de Seze is otherwise known as the Hotel de Sleeze by the americans who stay there. At about 95 Euro a night, it is pretty cheap by Paris standards, but you get what you pay for. These rooms were the smallest rooms I have ever stayed at in my life, and I have been in discount rooms in Tokyo. The interior staircase to get to the rooms is too narrow to negotiate easily with your luggage, but the elevator might not be big enough to fit you and your luggage at the same time.
On the plus side, the hotel has cheap rates and a decent location. Located on Rue de Seze right off the the Madeline, it is next door to a strip club, and prostitutues wait on the street after dark for a ride. During the day though, you can easily walk to the Madeline Church, a neo-Greek temple builtas aCatholic Church byNapoleon. A little farther on to the Place de La Concorde. In the other direction there are several good restaurants, including an American themed restuarant for when you need an expensive coke.
Bottom line: Small dingy rooms, but with private bath.Did I mention small? Cheap, but decent location in the center of Paris.
