Hotel Continental Plzen Description
This hotel is located in the centre of Pilsen, adjacent to the Old Town Square and City Museum.
Pilsen is located in the west of the Czech Republic, around 90 kilometres west of Prague. Built in 1895 by the famous Pilsner breweries, the hotel was purchased and renovated in 1929 by the grandparents of the present owners. Renowned for its breweries, Pilsen also has a historic centre, and boasts a 13th century Gothic cathedral and underground cellar network.

Finally, it's April 2007 and I got to see the 3rd largest brewery in the world!!! The Pilsner Urquell Beer World in Plzen, Czech Republic. It's about an hour outside of the center of Prague (we were so excited i think we lost concep…… Beer at Plzen, Czech Republic! |
