UNA VERA SCHIFEZZA!!! Apr 08, 2009
Da dove iniziare...dunque dal service per niente professionale accoglienza e cortesia non esistono per non dire che il personale e' inesistente...la qualita' delle stanze non e' quella del sito...per non dire dell'igiene che un'altra componente mancante...tra l'altro avevamo prenotato una stanza superior con panorama...ma dove??? Tutto tranne superior era...!!!
Forse l'unica componente positiva e' la zona dove si trova... In poche parole ...un albergo non raccomandabile !!! |

Don't pay attention to the Website!!! Apr 08, 2009
Right to start off with the hotel is not as luxiourious as it seems on the website. It seems to promise hotel quality when in fact it is a slightly up market hostel. The rooms and the beds were old even that one that shows to the site as new one!!!(with loose wires hanging out and an old shower).
There is NO fantasic views from the top of Vomero (the hill above naples). The ONLY GOOD THING IS THE location THAT was great next to the cable railway and a metro station and great shopping around the area. There was no reception, and the only person that was there is Mr Antonio that was not at all polite. All in all it wasn't a fantastic experience- but I am sure it could have been worse. |
