Hotel Casazul The Best Of The Cheap Hotels Oct 02, 2009
I have stayed twice and will continue to use this facility if Casa de Don David is ever full or out of business. The rooms are large, which is great if you are staying a while. Each room has a fan, TV, air conditioning and a refrigerator. You can get a great view of lake Peten Itza if you ask. On my last visit I got a single room and paid about $34.00 US per night for a 5 night stay. I have seen their published rates of $41.00 single, $48.00 double and $60.00 triple. I get better rates the longer I stay and I never want the maid service.
