My first 4 nights were spent at the Hotel Casa Mañen. It's one of the few places that lives up to its own hype "... a quaint Bed & Breakfast located in downtown Quetzaltenango, in the heart of the Guatemalan Highlands of Central America. A first class hotel offering ambiance and hospitality found nowhere else in Guatemala." It's a B&B that does serve a great big breakfast. Upscale old world, but extra nice! Courteous staff. Beautiful building.
