Asia Center Of Japan Hotel Tokyo Jul 16, 2011
The hotel was a great deal. The location was good. Walking distance from Roppongi, and only 3 stops away from Shibuya by subway. You get internet in the rooms (take the cord behind the tv). You also get free breakfast, which was pretty good. You also get free water, which is very important if you are going to Japan in the summer. The service was good, but that is everywhere in Japan.

Affordable hotel in excellent location Jun 11, 2010
For our first two weeks in Tokyo we stayed at the Asia Center of Japan Hotel, located in one of the richest neighbourhoods in Tokyo it's not the cheapest hotel in Tokyo, but definitely reasonably priced. The service in the hotel is good, they have everything you needed. Umbrella's can be borrowed, they have electrical outlet converter plugs in case you forgot yours or brought the wrong ones (as I did).

The breakfast they serve is excellent and a wide variety, you can go for the more traditional Japanese breakfast, with rice, etc., but they also have an assortment of bread and the likes for the more European folk under its guests.

There is a wide selection of rooms available, from single rooms to double or more. The single rooms are not very big, but I found it to be more than big enough to be comfortable. There is an excellent air-conditioning system, which comes in handy when the weather is 30+ degrees with a very high humidity and the bathroom is clean and just fine.

The location of the hotel is excellent as well, close to a subway station and in walking distance from the roppongi district where there is enough to do as far as dining and going out goes.

If you're not looking for the cheapest hotel available, I would definitely recommend this one.

Nice hotel, central located between the popular areas of Tokyo Jul 11, 2000
I know it's been 11 years since I last stayed there, but I still want to share my experience of this hotel. I went to Japan back then on a tour, so the hotels were pre booked by the travel organisation I went with.

The hotel itself was central located, surrounded by the popular areas to visit in Tokyo: Shibuya, Shinjuku, Roppongi, Tokyo and Ginza. The subway station was only a minute walk away.

The hotel itself was clean, although the outside back then looked more like an office building or even a jail. The double room I shared with someone from the group, was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons and their luggage. But the bed was not long enough for my height, as my feet stuck out.

The bathroom had a shower, bathtub and a toilet.

The hotel staff was helpful, but their english back then was very limited. Not all the staff behind the desk spoke the language very well, so at times it was a struggle to get the information or answers to our questions. But in the end we did.
