Before you book a room based on my ratings, read this first. This hotel is actually for men only, and especially for people into the gay/leather/bear/skinhead scene.
Still interested? Then you should book.
The staff is not only friendly when you are there, they are friendly from the beginning when you email them about the availability of rooms.
There are a few rooms for 4 people, so if you have a very low budget, you will share your room with others.

But both single and double rooms are also great.
IN all cases the showers are outside the rooms. The only negative thing -if you are not fit- is that you have to climb some stairs, but that is the case with most hotels in Amsterdam.

The group that is staying here most of the time will find also that they are close to the Warmoesstraat known for Rob's leather, Cockring Disco, but also to Chinatown Amsterdam.

Damsquare is also a short walk away, so the location is almost perfect.

The breakfast is simple, don't expect to much but it is definately not bad.
I actually can't come up with something negative. It is a place where you feel at home, since after 10 when the bar closes, you are on your own, with the key, so you won't feel as if the frontdeks is playing big brother on you all the time.
We enjoyed our stay very very much!
