This is a pretty nice hostel, it stays very clean on arrival the staff should give you tour of hostel and show you where everything is, then they will give you any information to help you with your journey around Madrid. This is nice place to stay and you will feel weclome, just beware in Madrid there are pickpockets mainly children so don't carry loose items. Also the bars further north have many prostitutes and you will have to walk past them if going to this area and one tried to pickpocket me, she stole my map from my back pocket and then I grabbed it back I actually started laughing because I would never carry my wallet in back pocket, it is in front with a chain now :)
