After bringing our bags to the room. We went to the supermarket to get some food, this was a 10 min walk from the hostel. Later in the afternoon the sun came out and we enjoyed the sun when we went for a walk… Travel to Turku |

From the trainstation we took the bus to Market Square where we had to switch to another bus which would take us to the hostel. The bus system was very complicated and it took us some time to figure out which bus we had to take. But luckily we found the right bus and arrived at the hostel after 15 minutes drive.

i got in at eight in the morning, found a hostel, and headed out to see what i could find. unfortunately, i ended up getting into finland on the weekend, so all official buildings for this type of thing were closed. there was supposed to be one place open where i could find family records… turku |

When we went outside it was raining :(
After the cathedral we did a bit of shopping had coffee and got dinner. After dinner we went back to the hostel, since it was still raining and a bit cold, I decided to go for a swim and a sauna to get warm :) … Turku Castle and Cathedral |
Hostel Turku Information and Description
Hostel Turku is an excellent choice for travelers, who want to get to know Turku.
It is located within walking distance from the town center ( appr. 1,8 km) and the most popular sights.
There are two self service kitchens in our hostel, laundry facilities with a tumble dryer and a separate drying room. Served breakfast is also available.
Showers and toilets are located in corridors for men and women separately and also disabled have been taken into account.
No pets allowed.
