Hostel Ruthensteiner Travel Reviews

Jun 25, 2007
Hostel Ruthensteiner is a great, affordable, convenient place to stay when visiting Wien. Although a bit of a trek from the Bahnhofplatz, and not on a main road - these are all characteristics about the place that you will come to value. It is located in a quaint area of town, and you almost have to look twice or else you'll miss the sign!

The price was very affordable - and I was able to do laundry! After travelling for 3 weeks, the laundromat was a definite plus. :) There is a beautiful garden in the back of the hostel and trust me, you will enjoy spending some quite moments there.

This is not a party place, so you'll be able to get some shut-eye. They do have a great bar and some great alcohol! Consider staying here if you are visiting Vienna. You won't regret it.
