Located about five minutes walk from the Puda Raya Bus Station and surrounded by fast-food outlets plus street vendors on the pavement directly outside.

RM30 per night for a clean, basic single room with a fan and a writing desk!

The shared toilets and showers are immaculate with more being renovated during my stay.

Communal area with large screen TV playing movies all day long. Plenty of comfortable chairs and books in the bookcase. Large Internet room.

However, it can be noisy at night.
