Pinky place Jan 04, 2009
This is a very good hostel, situated at the Old Town, near the metro stations and near the bus stops going to all main attractions. It is very clean and looks great - painted with strong colors - but it looks really nice. U have there free tea and coffe all the time at the bar (there is a bar in Hostel so u can hung around if u r tired:)with huge tv-screen. Unfortunately u have to pay for internet, but's not that bad (1 euro for 1 hour - unlike Paris 1 euro for 15min)
They have elevator and very nice stuff. No problems with ur luggage when leaving after check out time, they have storage. The stuff is very kind and helps u always with smile. We booked 4-persons-dormitory but we got double room in the same price, so - lucky we again. :) Part of the Cool-colder-freezing! through the Europe travel blog |

Quite cheap accommodation in the city center Apr 17, 2009
This fresh and funky hostel is located in the city centre next to the biggest park in town and has really good and all needed facilities:)
There are 35 rooms. Bar, Terrace, Non-Smoking Rooms, Elevator, Safety Deposit Box, Heating, Luggage Storage, All Public and Private spaces non-smoking, Airconditioning, Billiard. You can find almost everything what you need:) Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. And also there are public use computers, one hour costs 1 euro:) The Purple Nest is a great base for you to explore the sights and sounds of Valencia. You are just a minute away from the bus station which can take you to the City of Arts and Sciences. Just a few minutes away is the bus which will take to the golden sands of Valencia’s beach. You can walk to the impressive cathedral and through the old town which has some fantastic authentic tapas restaurants and great nightlife:) The Purple Nest enjoys cheerful design with bright colours, authentic tiled floors and a fabulous roof terrace for you to chill with friends. You can meet there people from all over the world!;) |
