Affordable, clean hostel located in downtown Chicago, IL, USA Jul 29, 2008
Seeing as I studied in Belgium in 2007, I am accustomed to traveling cheap and humbly. I was skeptical that I could find a positive and similar hostel experience in the States to that of most European hostels, but sure enough, Hostel International Chicago was an incredible experience. It cost me $35.00 to stay the night. (Please don't get HI Chicago Hostel confused with Chicago International Hostel...completely different!) Happy travels :)

But there were no rooms available, even in the International Hostel. So, dejected, we thought we’d take the night train back to Schaumburg . But we still had the free ride passes for Sunday! So, we decided to wake up early and head back to Chicago on Sunday too!! Just as we were walking… The Introduction to the Cities of the States! |
