The walk up the hill which seems to go on forever suddenly becomes worth every step when you look out over the entire city of Cusco from the grounds at this hostal.
The hostal is located in the San Blas bario, one of the oldest parts of the city. Along the way you will meet some wonderful people and at the corner by the church, where the official road ends and you can only walk from there, you will find an old woman, with her kettle boiling with oil, making chili rejenos that are wonderful!

There was a very nice gentleman who recommended the Hospedaje Inka at a great price. I was so exhausted from the 7 hour bus ride (with NO stops along the way for us to eat or leave the bus) that I was happy to try it out.
