Horseshoe House

We made a reservation at a different B&B for our evening in Doolin but when we arrived, it was closed! Apparently the owner was on vacation and, according to her neighbors, she is prone to mix-ups such as this one. Luckily we saw a vacancy sign at the Horseshoe House and we could not have been luckier. The owner was very sweet and understanding & even told us of other places with vacancies in case we weren't comfortable with her accommodations. We gladly accepted the room she offered. The location was great as we were walking distance to one of Doolin's famous pubs so we enjoyed an evening of live local music, and breakfast the next morning was excellent as well. Next time we will stay there on purpose!
