Hooters

I went to Hooters Manila actually for curiosity. After Krispy Kreme, Hooters is the latest American franchise in town. Did the chicken wings tasted like the real Hooters chicken wings? I didn't feel it. Were the burgers great? Sorry, they're ordinary.They're not worth P375. Jollibee tastes better. Did they franchise Hooters just for the name and place and not for the food? I think so. Just beer alone is the best to order. The all American concept is there, sports features on several plasma video walls, waitresses in sexy outfits sans roller skates, jitterbug and 80s music. To add some credit though, even if the food dissapoints, the place is actually a nice hangout venue. Hanging out in the place will be your consolation for spending much on their bland food. The restaurant faces Manila Bay, near Espalanade at the Mall of Asia complex. Are the Hooter girls really pretty and worth going out my way to MOA for the Hooter experience? For me, no. I saw one or two pretty gals but the rest are like pokpoks(bargirls) that came from closed for business bars in Angeles City, Pampanga. For all-American food experience in Manila, I would still go to TGI FRIDAY's!

Oh yes, Hooters is now in the Philippines!

Girls wearing orange shorts, white sando/tanktop serving their customers with their sexy smiles - guys will definitely check this place out.

Some were disappointed with the average or below average looking pinays. But there are pretty girls too. And the service is very good.

We didn't wait for the menu/bill, food was served immedietely, however we ordered 2 different burgers and asked the waitress which one is the mushroom swiss burger that i ordered. but i ended up eating the build your own burger! oh well, both burgers were tasty. so i enjoyed nonetheless.

there is nothing special with the chicken. i don't know, this is my first time to eat at hooters. it's greasy, but yeah, it tastes OK.

Every 30 minutes, hooter girls do the YMCA dance. And if you're celebrating your birthday, they will ask you to take your shirt off (that is if you're a he)
