Not quite sure exactly what I am looking for, or what it means to travel for so long. I would love to share thoughts with other traveler, and hoping I will be able to answer to that question.
I do travel because I can't resist the curiosity towards places I've not been before. I though start to think this is making me irresponsible in a way that when something happens, I am ready to leave. Is that a good or bad?

We'll travel back home again on Emirates EK387 to Dubai (00.15 - 06.20) and continue on Emirates EK127 to Vienna (09.10 - 13.00). Both flights on an Airbus A330-200---------------Our flight was a bit delayed but as there were only few people on the airport it was no problem to get a seat at all.The night flight was smooth and all passengers just slept until the breakfast was served.Arrival in Dubai: Dubai International is very crowed at this time because many transfer passengers have to wait …

Arrived from Bangkok and checked into the Lai Kwan Fong hotel. Perfectly located in the nightlife district. Went bar hopping the first night and met some people from China, which was perfect since I had been in China two weeks prior. This area is compact, with plenty of choices for eating and many bars, pubs, and lounges. I can't believe the taxi's attempt to drive down these roads, cuz they are packed with pedestrians. Next day we did a city tour and were amazing by the buildings and scener…

Alright, so for those who don't know, I work for Cisco shooting videos of execs, which is why they send me all over to do these videos. It is a BLAST getting the opportunity to check out all these great places (I probably should've prefaced all of this before my first entry/rant about Christopher Doyle). Anyway, I finally put up some pictures from Hong Kong and I guess what I really want to say is this:Hong Kong's got this energy about it. I know that sounds like a pretty ob…

We arrived in Hong Kong very tired after a 13 hour flight from Johannesburg. It has taken three days to get here. Saturday we travelled from Otjikondo to Windhoek. On Sunday (Happy Mothers Day mum!!) we flew from Windhoek to Johannesburg. Then on Monday/Tuesday we flew from Johannesburg to Hong Kong. We saw the South African Commenwealth Games South African team when we arrived at Jo'burg and flew on the same flight to Hong Kong as the South African Hong …

Visiting Hong Kong for New Year was fun. We went to the big parade and the next night we went to a special place to view the fireworks. Hong Kong is nice place. I had been there several times in the past. We stood at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile right in the heart of Kowloon, 5 min from the Star Ferry. I know that people like shoping there but I do not think the bargins are that great. We has Tea at the Penisular Hotel as well as dinner. The views from the lobby lounge of the Inte…
