This wonderful Chinese restaurant has been a part of the Visalia business community for many many years. They continue year after year serving the best food in the area. About five years ago they did a full renovation to the interior and even after spending lots on the redo they didn't raise the process much more than they would have for inflation. The service is always at least satisfactory, and you can even order a drink from the cocktail lounge, Lum Lums, which is attached and part of the business. This is a very easy one, I recommend it highly.
