Homewood Suites Downtown Chicago

What a wonderful hotel.....the staff was very friendly and polite. There is a little gift shop near the check in counter. It's a little confusing at first because when you enter from ground level check in isn't there, you have to go up to I believe the 3rd floor.

Our room was fantastic. Great views of the city. Living room with plasma TV, kitchen, seperate bedroom with a down comforter on the bed. Bathroom was VERY nice and spacious and clean.

Overall the room was exceptionally nice and modern.

The next morning we had free breakfast downstairs....not just any breakfast---but everything you could imagine. Seriously, from waffles you can make yourself--to cereal, bacon, eggs, pancakes, etc. It was super. And set up buffet style in a really nice dining area.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I would love to go back for a visit again. There is a pool and exercise room, I didn't have a chance to visit either--but thought I'd mention them.
