Great Stay Near The Airport2 Jan 01, 2009
During my stay in Colorado Springs, I had to stay one night in a hotel. Them being very close to the airport, I chose this location... pretty great stay, great service and they even had something called "Guest Appreciation" its what seems like a fancy headline for happy hour. They serve complimentary food and beer/wine. Good times with good people, got to talk to some very interesting people while spending no money on drinks... = ) so good for me. Homewood Suites are mostly based for long-term staying hence the kitchenette in every room and all the rooms have more than average space. So I will definately be keeping that in mind when staying in one place for more than a couple of days...

I came back to Colorado Springs for a little more work out at Fort Carson. We left Minneapolis in a snowstorm yesterday and arrived to beautiful, sunny Colorado. The temps were pretty cool overnight, but it warmed up quite nicely for us …… pretty clouds today |
