The Lake Taupo region is full of funky bars.
The focus of entertainment is the HOLY COW, upstairs at 11 Tongariro st, mainly because of the personalities of the owners and their selection of music.! Holy Cow is a nightclub where there is a party every night of the week. Dance on the tables, meet travellers from all over the world, have a great time and dance to great music.It hums until late even on the odd winter night. It was a good laugh and then Stray and Kiwi both headed out to a local club, the Holy Cow. I stayed for one drink, but it was like some kind of hell on earth for me so I returned early for a good night's sleep before our sky dive at 8am. … Back on the bus to Taupo |
