We had done our research and already had an idea of the pro and cons of this hotel. Pros: In the Palermo barrio, within walking distance to the subte, very close to lots of restaurants/bars, modern and unique in the way it has been renovated. We enjoyed the two story lofts and amazing views from our private balcony. Biggest con: Noise. Especially if your room is on the side closest to the railway tracks. However, for us the pros outweighed the cons. We also really liked the staff especially Juan.
