Wonderful service, great restaurants Oct 03, 2008
This was my second trip to Chongqing, but my first visit to the Holiday Inn. I was traveling with two small children. The staff was WONDERFUL... they fussed over my daughters and made sure that they always everything they needed to make their trip happy. There are two restaurants - one buffet style (more than adequate choices and quality) and a traditional chinese restaurant. The Chinese food was out of this world - better than any of the other restaurants visited in China. We ate almost exclusively at the hotel for one whole week and signed everything to the room. There were four of us and when the bill came at the end of the week it was only $282 !! And we were eating appetizers, trying several entrees etc. This place is a terrific value, in a traditional neighborhood, with a fabulous staff. Highly recommended from an experienced traveler
