Hotel for Game Day Mar 07, 2009
This hotel is a good choice if you’re visiting for a football or basketball game. You can walk to the stadium or basketball arena. The hotel doesn’t look too great on the outside, but the inside is much nicer. It’s located right across the street from World’s Fair Park and the Knoxville Convention Center. It’s within walking distance of downtown Knoxville. The Chocolate Factory and Art Museum are right next door. The hotel is on the free trolley line route (the orange line), so it’s easy to get around.

All we have to do is pick up the rental car at Avis and it's a two hour drive to the hotel in Gatlinburg. After leaving the airport we made a stop at Shoney's for breakfast. We choose the buffet!!
