Holiday Inn Select Cleveland-City Ctr Lakeshore

We saw the "Holiday Inn Select" in a "Great Lakes-Area Guide" and booked a night there. As we were driving by car to Cleveland, we were very happy to see, that the Holiday Inn at Lakeshore ave has a parking just in the same building.
The lady at the reception was very nice and gave us a room in the 9th floor.
But this is the end of the nice stories :-)
--> the room was extremly cold. (outside temp was about 16°F --> -13°C). I think the temp inside the room was close to that too.
There was a old fashion heater/climat, but an extremely noisy one.
so.. we had to choose between cold or noise! we heated up the room while we went to a cav's game. As we came back..the room was in normal temp-condition. But after 15 Minutes after shut down the heater..we had this extrem cold again..so the rooms are absolutely bad sealed.
I just can imagine what the situation in summer will be :-).
--> next problem: the room was extremly small. Not smaller as a room in New York city.. but for Ohio..very small! and this for a price of USD 99.-- per night..(to see the difference: we're now on the HYATT Cleveland..in a great big (warm) room..for USD 89.-- per night).

fair enougth to mention: the Holiday Inn select at lakeshore ave said, that they will have absolutely new rooms in mid 2008...
