The staff was wonderful, genuinely polite and willing to go the extra mile for you. A guest somehow dropped her car keys down the elevator shaft from the 9th floor and without hesitation they were ready and able to help her get them back.

Overall, enjoyable stay, with courteous, efficient staff. Room was not adequately furnished with face cloths and toilet tissue. Erroneous charge on bill was handled professionally and courteously at check out.
