	If you have to stay in France Jan 01, 2006 then this is a decent hotel , in a very great location..I am there for business 4 times a year...keep in mind that the beach is no beach but stones...... 	Good Place to stay in Nice Sep 25, 2005 This is a hotel good for business as well as family travelers. Good location - within walking distance to main avenues and attractions.
