What was interesting about the location of the Marriott Residence inn, was that it had to holiday inn right next door as well as the JW Marriott. Our hotel was set at an elevation from where we could see the strip and the Mandalay Bay hotel.

Rond een uuur of zeven gingen we naar de Holiday inn hotel in het dorp. Daar hebben ze een disco-bowlingzaal en een snackbar-style restaurant, dus we hebben daar wat eten gehaald en een uur of twee ge-disco-bowld. Het was gezellig! 27-05-07 De laaste dag! It really shocked me that the rooms weren't nicer- I've stayed in nicer rooms at a Holiday Inn. But, we weren't there to sleep all weekend, so we unloaded and headed out immediately. We hit the casino and met up w/ some of our other friends that we were there with. We did a little gambling and then… We arrive in Vegas |

At around midday we reach trhe perimeter of the National Park whre we stop at a Holiday Inn for a buffet lunch which is extremely good. A change of drivers and we get a local to take us through the park on the south rim side. At this time of the year the north rim is closed due to snow etc. Our first… Grand Canyon Day |
