Affordable hotel in a great area of Center City Sep 11, 2008
Holiday Inn Express Midtown was the most affordable hotel that I could find in Center City Philadelphia without sacrificing comfort, cleanliness, or amenities.
In fact, you get a great bang for your buck because breakfast is included every day and parking is more affordable than other hotels (21$ a day). Our room was very clean and the bed was quite comfy. There are dozens of restaurants as well as attractions well within walking distance. This place is by no means fancy but it is clean, comfortable, provides free food and wireless internet access and is in a great location. I would recommend to the budget conscious individual who does not want to exchange comfort for savings.
