terrible management - toilet not clean Jun 21, 2008
I checked in and noticed that toilet was not clean. It took about two hours to get someone to room. I made 2 calls to front desk and 2 calls to manager and finally really upset.

While the hotel looks very nice, I found the service I received to be far beyond sub par. When trying to check into my room they were unable to find my reservation, even though I handed them a confirmation number. When I called the front desk to ...read entire review at TravelPost.com
