Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hot Springs (Arkansas)

I liked this hotel mostly because it is a Holiday Inn Express. I like this brand so much because they are so consistent. This one property much like all others except they sold me on that fact that they were "centrally located" this doesn't really mean to all the activities in Hot Springs. I was hoping to park my car and be able to walk downtown and enjoy the city. This wasn't so. You do need your car to get to the main tourist area downtown. It wasn't really a bad drive, but it was still a drive.

They have only about 80 parking spots and if the hotel is full, it could be hard to find a spot.

The rate was pretty good, and there is an Applebee’s right in front of the hotel, which makes it a little difficult to see the hotel from the street. The mall is pretty close, in case you need to pick something up. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and still really like the Holiday Inn Express band.

The hot breakfast, partly hot, is a great deal. I am not a very big breakfast eater, but it is always nice to have a variety of foods for the day ahead. The cinnamon rolls are so good that they are selling them on line. Yes, you can get them on line.

They have free internet, a pool and a hot tub, but if you want a fitness center, you have to go off property.
