Holiday Inn Airport Newark (New Jersey)

My overall,stay was horrible. I was so very disappointed. When I arrived the lobby was nice very inviting. When I went to the front desk to check in the clerk was beyond rude.He cut me off and asked for my credit card stating that I would have to pay $15 per night per vehicle for parking. My family that I haven't seen in a year stopped by the hotel to see me they could only stay for thirty minutes any longer they had to pay.Then the entire stay the room had plumbing problems. I called once no one came the second time someone showed up with a plunger. It made it a little better because now it would go down after the third flush.I continued to call and even called the manager who did not respond.This was suppose to be a three star hotel. The only thing that I can say is that the housekeepers did their jobs.They also place $50 a day on hold. I was not informed of this until after I called when I checked my account. I had a horrible stay and wouldn't recommend this nightmare to anyone.
