I have stayed at this hotel many times, at night and as a day room. The staff has always been friendly. The hotel was going through renovation which was inconveniencing, but since that has been completed, it has gotten a lot nicer. It is a typical Holiday Inn with a Texas style restaurant called Good Eats. I have eaten there once, but it usually seems crowded as there isn’t a whole lot else around unless you want to walk for 10 minutes. If you go to the front desk, there is a tennis set and a horseshoe set. Welcome to Texas! The pool is nice. Van service is my only complaint, as it is every 30 minutes, but they are pretty rude drivers.
