Hoa Hong Hotel Hue

Housed in a French colonial building, i.e. 3 metres wide but goes up and back a long way! So be prepared for a lot of steps if you don't have a choice of rooms!

Our double room cost us $8/night, with A/C, TV and hot water in a private bathroom and was nice and clean.

We were dropped off here by our Tourist Bus and could not be bothered to look for other places in our guidebook! It's in the tourist district so there's plenty of places to eat and you're near the river if you want to take a stroll south west down to the lovely La Residence Hotel on the bank.

A basic breakfast is on offer for $1-2 and it's not spectacular, so you may as well save that if you have an early pick up by the Tourist Bus to go North or South. Else, hhead out and find the Boulangerie Francaise (20 Hung Vuong Street) or some other establishment.
