The location is not for the adventure traveler who likes to explore his surroundings. It was my first time at a resort and out of the country. It is seculded and for someone who wants to be away from tourist strips.
That aside, the staff is very friendly. Everything is very nice and clean. The food at the resort is good. I was there just before the tourist season hits so they didn't always have enough people who wanted to go deep sea fishing, so then it was not affordable or they just wouldn't go. The only downside is the setting. The rooms are spread out all over a sprawling hillside. You don't want to walk around this place. You call a shuttle to come and get you. You usually don't have to wait more than 3 minutes for them to show up.
