This is a great overnight hotel between overseas flights. The staff is so nice! There are New Yorkers, and Africans, like Ghanans, they are so sweet and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very generous, the room service menu is very good and the service upstairs is excellent. They will go out of their way to please. There is a little store downstairs to buy stuff you forgot: a scarf, tape, toothbrush, toys, baby bottles, whatever. The lobby is very pretty, it has a big piano, I have stayed here 3 times, and plan to always stay here when I go through Newark.
