Great location & excellent amenities! Mar 15, 2011
S ayed 4 nights here in July 2010. As a Platinum member, I got an upgrade to the executive floor and were able to use the Executive Lounge.

The room was pretty large, by Japanese standards. The view was terrific as well and the bathroom modern and functional.

The lounge was pretty nice as well. The service there was impeccable and the food pretty good, particularly the morning breakfast.

The Hilton is very well located as well with 2 metro stations right below the Hotel. The gym, sauna and pool are awesome.

Good business hotel Aug 19, 2010
If You go for business in Tokyo - it's a very good location. Good connection to Narita Airport by frequently commuting airport limousine bus, good connections within Tokyo, but also out by train ( Shinjuku Station within walking distance, but also hotel bus available), underground directly by hotel.
Also interesting places in walking distance, vast availability of differently priced restaurants and bars.

Quite nice hotel in Shinjuku Nov 22, 2009
I stayed at the Hilton Tokyo, Shinjuku, for 3 nights during my trip to Japan in November 2009.

The hotel was part of a holiday package from Cathay Pacific, including flight from Hong Kong to Tokyo and three nights at this hotel.

So it's hard to determine the value of this hotel.

The room was very nice and probably spacious for Japan.

Everything was clean, amenities were plenty.

The beds were kinda soft, not so good for people who love to sleep all day haha ;-)

I didn't like the fact that there was no in-room safe. So we used a safe deposit box at the reception, which was free of cost.

WiFi internet was available, but not for free and it was pretty expensive.

If you are an online junkie and need your daily shot of WiFi internet, you might consider this fact - as it is VERY hard to find unprotected WiFi networks in the city!

The location of this hotel is very nice, just a few minutes away from subway stations, Shinjuku railway station, supermarkets, restaurants, electronics store (Yodobashi Camera Store!! Sooo huge!!).

An airport shuttle bus is available, which goes from Narita airport directly to the hotel.

There are many things to see and to do in the hotel's vicinity.

For example, going up to the observation platforms on the towers of the Government Building, which is just around the corner.

It's free to go up there, and they have a tourist information center there, too. So here you should start your visit to Tokyo, because you get lots of info and maps in many different languages, including english and german.

Bottom line, my overall rating for this hotel is 5 out of 5, because it's a really nice hotel and has a really good location next to many sights and shops.

If you can get a good room rate for this one, go for it! :-)

Shinjuku is walking distance fr the hotel however there is no convinient store near the hotel. It is located at a quiet area which it is weird feeling when u walk alone. Not recommend unless you are on business trip.

Shinjuki Luxury Hotel Dec 04, 2007
Great location near the Shinjuku train station. They have a real good seafood buffet - a little pricey, but worth it. Lobster, scallops, and other great food - all you can eat!

There is a park near the hotel that make for a nice relaxing walk. Most of the neighborhood is surrounded by office buildings and the train station is a 15 minute walk.

The breakfast has a wide variety of choices from fish to toasted bread.
