Poor customer service! May 20, 2009
A/C in room didn't work properly, so temperature was over 80. Miserable night. My wife was ill and we were in Baltimore for her to be treated at John Hopkins. There is an extra optional charge for a "made to order" breakfast. Although we paid for it with our room, it was not offered by the restaurant. In place was a small buffet with hour old food and empty fruit bins. Staff at front desk showed no response to our concerns at check out. No response to the customer card filled out. Form filled out on Hilton's website resulted in a generic email response after 2 weeks not addressing the concerns. I would not use this hotel and would probably not use another Hilton hotel because of their lack of concern for their customers.
