 Rude and Dirty-Bad Hostel experience for higher $$ Jan 25, 2009
Front reception stuff is very impolite, bad mannered and even offensive. Girl named Britney is disgrace for this hotel and manager named Patrick doesn't know anything about his job. Both of them should definitely not be in the service industry...read entire review at TravelPost.com

 Adequate for travelers Oct 20, 2006
We stayed there 4 nights. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, but due to the tour buses that stayed there, the room was quite full. Price for convienence was average. If we go back to Banff, we will try a different plac...read entire review at TravelPost.com

We stayed 4 days. The staff were helpful and pleasent. Breakfast was average, but the room was quite full from the tour bus crowd. Price was reasonable, but, next time we will stay right downtown, likely Brewsters. I think for the cost you can...read entire review at TravelPost.com
