This hostel is about a 10 minute walk from the subway station which can take you anywhere, but you can't walk to any sights if that's what you like to do. It's a bit too far away from everything, which I was unaware of. Their website made it seem like it was a little closer. It was not hard to take the subway, but I prefer to stay within walking distance of at least a few main sights. It was incredibly hot and they turned off the aircon in the common room a lot which made it miserable. The staff were very nice, however, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious. The cleaning ladies are sweet and offered to let me leave my laundry there for them to do since the washer was already in use. They even hung it all up for me. The breakfast was delicious, and when the weather is nicer I'm sure the hostel would be more exciting. It looked like they were in the process of renovating a covered outdoor lounge area. The hostel overall was not bad, but the location is its low point.
