Hibiscus Gardens Spa Resort Hotel Port Douglas Reviews

Jan 08, 2008
This was a very nice and enjoyable place to stay with large rooms. The beds weren't that soft but they weren't that hard either. We had a room that overlooked the pool. There is also a place to eat poolside. We didn't get a chance to eat there so I can not comment on the food but it looked like a nice atmosphere to relax at. The room had a nice deck to sit out on and relax and there was enough shade that you didn't get killed by the sun. The rooms were not carpeted, but I don't think that matters much to most people. There was plenty of parking spaces for us and the staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time. Especially since we were a little late in getting up there, they stayed around to make sure that we got situated into our room. The hotel also was in walking distance to the beach and the main street where there are many restaurants and shops.
