We are a small family operated business and provide our guests with friendly, personal service. Our company started back in 1988 with just one 3 bedroom pool home. Since then, we added several 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties, which accommodate between 8 to 12 people each, to meet the demand for our repeat customers and referrals. We are members of the kissimmee chamber of commerce, the cfpma and the kissimmee convention and visitors bureau. All of our homes are kept in excellent condition and very clean. We do charge a one time cleaning fee per stay in the amount of 60.00 for a 3 bedroom home, 70.00 for a 4 bedroom home and 80.00 for a 5 bedroom home.
