Princess cruise to Hawaii

I spent my spring of 2005 traveling around the world....not a bad way to spend 4 months!

This just blew my mind. We were on the island of Hawai'i, the biggest island, in the city of Kona. Snorkling, kayaking, there was so much to do. Few things can compare.

Visiting some friends for a couple of days and exploring...

YES, This was paradise. It is a quiet island but there is so much to do. I highly reccommend doing the tubing trip with Backyard Adventures. Poi Pu Kai is such a quaint little town with huge hospitality. Shipewreck Beach was awesome and the Kauai Spirits sunset cruise was incredible and absolutely breath taking. The memories will be inside me forever. I hope one day you will be able to check out the Island.

We sooooo love the climate of Hawaii. Living in freezing Canada for more than 10 years and coming from a very humid country called the Philippines, this place is such a treat. I don't mind retiring here if this is close to home. The climate here is just perfect. See our own private secluded beach (we claimed ownership since not a single soul was in sight for the times that we were there) in Makaha valley road...
