My "move" home proved to be a wash. Instead, I left a few weeks later with a couple of the most memorable vacations of my life.

Hilo is awsome it rains alot but its alot of fun to poke around and find some awsome views. The hot ponds are amaizing just to sit and and watch the stars..iv'e never seen so many stars as I did in hilo and all the stars were uspside down which seemed crazy to me. The frogs chirp too..its annoying at first but later you find it is such a soothing sound.

Aloooha! I am in love with Hawaii! I cannot wait to go back there.. Besides the beauty of the island of Oahu, I can't wait to visit my surfer boy :) Everyone should visit Hawaii at least twice before they die! So much to do.. so many Hawaiian islands to visit! We went snorkeling in Hanauma Bay, bought jewelry at Tiffany's on Waikiki Beach, attended the "swap meet" at Aloha Stadium and experienced The Polynesian Culture Center, Blow Hole, Easter @ Punch Bowl, Waikiki Aquarium & Honolulu Zoo..

I've been trying to get station over here, but just can't get a a billet. I was pretty lucky that during Kitty Hawk last ride before getting out of comission, our Chain of Command decided to pull in Hawaii not only once, but twice in 1 1/2 month span. Anyways, the first time we went there, my friends and I hit some tourist spot in the island of Oahu, and although we stayed there for a week, it seems like the days and nights we went around the island is just not enough.

As our body clock was still on LA time, everyone was wide awake by 7am.  After finishing up our spam and eggs in our room, and checking our emails, we went straight to the Pali lookout.  By that time, the weather was cloudy rainy.  Pali was okay, not really a “MUST SEE” for me.   The scene…

I spent a week on Oahu and it was so beautiful, alot of tourist, but still beautiful. I had always wanted to go to Hawaii ever since I was a little girl, and it was everything I thought it would be!!

This past spring break I had the opportunity to visit Oahu and the Big Island in Hawai'i. During the course of an entire week, I snorkeled at Hanuama Bay, did some boogie boarding at Sandy Beach, hiked along the Diamondhead Crater and Volcano National Park and enjoyed some fine Hawaiian cuisine. Hawai'i is everything you have in mind when you think of a natural paradise on earth.

My best friend and I decided to fly out to visit my cousin out in Hawaii for a quick getaway.
