Well worth a miss Dec 24, 2008 Value: Location: Cleanliness: Amenities: Bed: Bathroom & Shower: Not the best hostel I have stayed on on my travels, the showers were not very good and I did not find the beds clean or a good nights sleep. I had been over charged for my stay and the staff did not seem to know much about the city, most of the information I had been given was wrong or out of date.

To say the showers are bad and beds not clean is a bit strange since we're only open since the start of November and the place is spotless and the showers are great. Did you report the bad shower to reception so we could have a look and see if we could do anything? If you were overcharged, which I seriously doubt, why didn't you mention it to anyone here or contact us when you realised there was an error? With regards to our information being wrong or out of date - same point as the showers and beds - we're only open a couple of months so all our info is up to date and relevant. Are you sure you actually stayed with us or are you maybe mixing us up with another hostel you may have stayed in. Anyway, it'd be nice to hear back from you because these are pretty serious claims you're making and i would like them resolved.
