Hassleholm used to be dominated by the military infantry who had several camps here. one by one the camps disappeared . and its quite a boring place now to be honest.
the old town centre was demolished starting in the 50th. a process which still goes on today.
The old characteristic houses where replaced for an almost east European style ,practical and ugly.
there is a small enclave close to the centre of town in a park where a view of the old houses where moved.
This is the only place worth visiting in Hassleholm
