I'd been having a problem connecting to the internet with my laptop. I knew it was a 2 minute job but asked Shane in the service centre if he'd mind having a look for me. As I suspected, it only took 2 minutes to resolve which he didn't charge me for. But when I asked him where the nearest wireless hotspot was he said I could use his for free! So I sat there for an hour or so for no charge for his services and kindness. I felt he went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. If I have any problems in Brisbane I will definitely return for his help!
