Hardy, AR is a small town on the Spring River about 3 hours from Memphis, TN on US 63. The main street through the town in lined with craft stores, antique stores, and small museums. One guy there has a helicopter in his basement. There is also an observatory no to far from town.
Being on a slow leisurely river the town tends to stay busy throughout the warmer months. There is also a nearby golf course and several lake and streams around that offer decent fishing and boating opportunities. Kia kima Scout reservation is also just a few minutes away.
